Design Settings (Merchant Dashboard) 

Welcome to your Design Settings! You’ll find these under Settings → Design Settings in the dropdown to the left from your Merchant Dashboard. Here you can make your payment experience truly yours—personalize your branding, set important policies, manage notifications, and customize your payment form. It's all about helping your customers feel at home while keeping things clear and professional.

URL Settings 

This section lets you control important links for your hosted payment page.

  • Processing Page URL 
    Your public payment page link. This URL is automatically generated and cannot be edited. 

  • Logo Link URL 
    Set the URL your logo will link to when customers click it on your payment page. For example, you might enter your website homepage. 

  • Redirect after Transaction URL 
    Choose where your customers land after completing a payment. Perfect for thank-you pages or special messaging. 

To update: Simply edit the text fields and save your changes. 

Logo 

Show off your brand! Upload your logo to appear on your hosted payment page.

  • Upload Image 
    Choose a file in JPEG, PNG, or SVG format. 

  • Clear Image 
    Remove your current logo if you want to replace it or go logo-free. 

  • Logo Alignment 
    Pick how your logo aligns on your page: Left, Center, or Right. 

  • Save 
    Click Save to apply your logo changes.

Policy Settings 

Be transparent with your customers by setting clear policies.

  • Privacy Policy 
    Explain how you handle customer data. You can edit the text to match your organization's exact privacy practices. 

  • Refund Policy 
    Outline your terms for refunds. Make sure this aligns with your real-world policy to avoid confusion. 

To update: Edit the text boxes and click Save Settings to apply your changes. 

Notifications 

Stay on top of your transactions without getting overwhelmed.

  • Daily Transaction Summary 
    Get a single email each day with your previous day's transaction details. 

  • E-mail per Transaction 
    Receive an email every time a payment is completed. 

  • Daily Recurring Failed Summary 
    Receive a daily email summary of recurring payments that failed. 

Check or uncheck these options to suit your communication style. 

Form Settings 

Customize the fields your customers see, and choose whether each field is shown and/or required.

  • Customer Covers Fee 
    Let your customers choose to cover processing fees. 

  • Memo/Invoice Field 
    Toggle this field on/off and choose if it’s required. 

  • Placeholder Text: Customize the default text that appears in this field. 

  • Customer Info Fields 

Each field includes toggles to Show the field and, where applicable, mark it as Required. For each field below, you can show/hide it and mark it as required: 

  • First Name 

  • Last Name 

  • Street Address 

  • City 

  • State 

  • Zip 

This flexibility helps you collect exactly what you need—nothing more, nothing less. 

Don’t forget to Save Settings after making changes!
