Campaign Settings (Merchant) 

Campaigns help you organize special fundraising efforts, targeted sales, or seasonal donation drives. With Dime Payments, you can easily create, manage, and showcase your campaigns right from your merchant dashboard. 

This section lets you add new campaigns with custom details, so your supporters know exactly what they’re giving to! 

Company Campaigns Overview 

When you first visit Campaign Settings, you'll see a list of your existing campaigns with their Name and Description. 

If you're new here, this page will be blank—but that’s okay! You can start building your first campaign right away. 

Click Add Campaign to get started. 

Adding a New Campaign

When you click Add Campaign, you'll see a simple form to fill out your campaign details: 

  • Name 
    Give your campaign a clear, recognizable name. 

  • Slug 
    Create a custom URL-friendly identifier (e.g. “summer-drive-2025”). 

  • Item 
    Link the campaign to one of your existing items in the system. 

  • Start Date / End Date 
    Define when your campaign runs. You can leave these blank if there’s no set timeframe. 

  • Logo 
    Upload a custom image to make your campaign stand out. Supported formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, SVG. 

  • Amount Options 
    Click Add Amount Option to define preset giving or payment amounts your customers can choose. 

  • Enable Other Amount 
    Let donors enter their own custom amount if they prefer. 

  • Amount Goal (optional) 
    Set a total dollar goal for your campaign. Leave blank if you don’t want to show one. 

  • Donor Count Goal (optional) 
    Set a target number of donors you want to reach. Leave blank to hide this. 

  • Enable Landing Page 
    Toggle this on to create a dedicated, shareable landing page for the campaign. 

When you’re finished, hit Save to publish your new campaign, or Cancel if you want to discard your changes.
