Bank Account 

Your Bank Account settings determine where your deposits from DimePayments will be sent. Keeping these details up to date ensures you receive your funds without delays. 

You’ll find Bank Account settings under Settings in your Merchant Dashboard. 

 

Viewing Current Bank Details 

At the top of the page, you'll see your Current Bank Settings. These are the account details currently on file for your payouts: 

  • Bank Name: Your bank’s name 

  • Holder Name: The name on the account 

  • Routing Number: Your bank’s routing number 

  • Account Number: The account number where funds are deposited 

  • Account Type: Checking or Savings 

  • Ownership Type: Business or Personal 

This section is read-only, so you can quickly confirm what’s on file. 

 

Updating Your Bank Account 

If you need to change your deposit account, use the Enter New Details Below section: 

  • Bank Name: Enter the name of your bank 

  • Name on Account: The exact name as it appears on your bank account 

  • Routing Number: Your bank’s routing number 

  • Account Number: The full account number for deposits 

  • Account Ownership Type: Choose Business or Personal 

  • Bank Account Type: Choose Checking or Savings 

Once you’ve entered the correct details, click Save to update your settings. 

Your new bank information will be used for future deposits. 

 

Important Notes 

  • Double-check all details before saving to avoid deposit delays. 

  • Changes may take effect on your next payout cycle.
