Top Donors by Band
The Top Donors by Band report helps you quickly understand how giving is distributed across your donor base. This page groups your donors into preset contribution ranges—or "bands"—and shows you both how many people fall into each range and how much they’ve given.
What You Can See Here:
Range: These are the preset donation brackets like “$1k or less,” “$1k to $5k,” etc.
Count: This tells you how many donors gave within that band.
Total: The total amount donated by all donors in that range.
% Givers: The percentage of your total donors falls into that range.
% Giving: The percentage of your total giving that came from that band.
At the top, there’s also a semi-circle chart to give you a quick visual snapshot of how the giving is spread out. You’ll notice this chart fills in as more giving data is collected.
