Slipping Donors
From your dashboard, click Reports in the left-hand menu, then select Slipping Donors.
The Slipping Donors report helps you keep an eye on donors who have given in the past but haven’t donated recently. It’s designed to gently surface potential drop-off trends so you can follow up thoughtfully and stay connected.
What You’ll See
This report displays a table of donors who may be slipping out of their giving rhythm, including:
First Name and Last Name
Phone number (if available)
Email address
Last Donation, showing the most recent date that donor gave
You can sort the list by Last Donation to quickly see who hasn’t given in the longest amount of time.
At the top of the page, you can also use the date filters and search bar to narrow results based on a specific time range or donor details.
If you don’t see any donors listed, that’s actually a good sign—it means your donors are staying consistent and engaged.
This report is especially helpful when planning personal outreach, sending thank-you notes, or offering a gentle reminder to donors who may appreciate reconnecting.
