The Reports section is where you can dig into your organization’s payment activity and giving data. From here, you can track transactions in progress, review completed payments, manage recurring giving, and access donor-focused reports.

Processing Reports

These reports help you manage and track transaction activity:

  • Pending Transactions – Payments that have been initiated but not yet cleared

  • Online Transactions – Payments made through your online payment page or shared links

  • Manual Transactions – Transactions entered or imported manually

  • Monthly Statements – Monthly summaries available for PDF download

  • Recurring Payments – Active and failed recurring payment profiles

  • Deposits – Funds transferred to your bank account

  • Chargebacks – Returned or disputed transactions

Non-Profit Reports

These reports are helpful for tracking donor activity and giving trends:

  • Slipping Donors – Donors who have given in the past but not recently

  • Giving Statement – Create and manage donor giving statements

  • Designations Summary – Totals by item or designation

  • New Donors – New donors over a selected time period

  • Top Donors by Band – Donations grouped by preset giving ranges

  • Donations by Month – Monthly donation breakdowns

  • Campaigns – Campaign performance and status

To access reports, use the sidebar under Reports for quick access, or click All… to view the full list of available reports.
