New Donors Report
From your dashboard, open Reports in the left-hand menu, then select New Donors.
The New Donors Report gives you a quick, visual look at how many brand-new donors are giving each month. This is a great tool for tracking growth, celebrating progress, and seeing how effective your outreach or campaigns have been over time.
What You’ll See:
Bar Chart (Top of Page)
At the top, you’ll see a bar chart showing how many new donors gave each month. The chart compares This Year and Last Year, with each month labeled along the bottom and the height of each bar reflecting the number of new donors during that month.
Monthly Breakdown Table
Below the chart, a table will populate as you click into a specific month. This table can include:
Donor name
Phone number
Email address
This makes it easy to follow up, send thank-you messages, or add new donors to your communication lists.
Export Button
Use the Export button to download this data if you’d like to save it for your records or share it with your team.
