After logging in, use the menu on the left side of your dashboard and click Statement Management.

How to generate a statement

On the Statements page, you’ll complete a short form to generate your statement as a PDF.

Merchant
Start by selecting the organization you want a statement for. Click the Merchant dropdown and choose the organization you’ve donated to.
If you’ve given to more than one organization, you’ll need to create a separate statement for each.

Report Period
Choose the time period you want your statement to cover:

  • Current Year for this year’s giving

  • Last Year if you’re gathering information for taxes

  • Custom Date Range if you need a specific start and end date

Items
Select one or more items to include in your statement. You can choose specific items or include everything you’ve donated toward.
(You can hold Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) to select multiple items.)

Options
If you’d like your statement to include non-deductible donations (such as event tickets or merchandise), check Include non-deductible donations.
If you only want tax-deductible donations included, leave this unchecked.

Once everything is filled out, click Create Statement. Your statement will automatically generate and download as a PDF.

Each statement is formatted to be IRS-compliant, making it ready to save, print, or use for tax and record-keeping purposes.
