Designations Summary
Also labeled on the page as Item Summary Report, this view shows a breakdown of all giving categories (called “items” or “designations”) that your organization has set up—like General Fund, Missions, Building Fund, etc.
Each designation listed will show:
Item Name (the fund or designation)
Count (number of transactions assigned to that item)
Gross (total amount given)
Fees (processing fees associated)
Net (amount received after fees)
If you only see “General” here, that just means all giving has been funneled into one item so far—which is totally normal for newer accounts or simplified giving setups!
