Customers Page
Your Customers Page is where you can view and manage the people who have made payments or donations through your Dime account.
Here’s what you can do here:
View All Customers
At the top, you’ll see a count of:
All customers
Active customers (currently able to make payments)
Removed customers (if any have been removed from your list)
Search & Filter
Use the search bar to quickly find a customer by email, name, phone number, or zip code. You can also use the time range dropdown in the top right (for example, All Time) to view customers from a specific time period.
Manage Customer List
You’ll see a full list of your customers, including:
Status (Active/Removed)
First and last name
Email address
Phone number
You can also:
Show or hide columns to customize what you see
Export your customer list using the Export button
Tip: If you have a large number of customers, use the arrows at the bottom to navigate through the list page by page.
