Customers Page 

Your Customers Page is where you can view and manage the people who have made payments or donations through your Dime account. 

Here’s what you can do here: 

View All Customers 
 At the top, you’ll see a count of: 

  • All customers 

  • Active customers (currently able to make payments) 

  • Removed customers (if any have been removed from your list) 

Search & Filter 
 Use the search bar to quickly find a customer by email, name, phone number, or zip code. You can also adjust the date filter in the top right to view customers from a specific time range. 

Manage Customer List 
 You’ll see a full list of your customers, including: 

  • Status (Active/Removed) 

  • First and last name 

  • Email address 

  • Phone number 

You can also: 

  • Show or hide columns to customize what you see 

  • Export your customer list if needed 

Tip: If you have a large number of customers, use the arrows at the bottom to navigate through the list page by page.
