Custom Receipt
Your Custom Receipt settings let you design the email receipt your customers receive after making a payment. Instead of using DimePayments’ standard template, you can personalize your receipts with your own logo, message, and style to better reflect your brand.
You’ll find Custom Receipt settings under Settings in your Merchant Dashboard.
Enabling Your Custom Receipt
At the top of the page, you’ll see an Enabled toggle:
Turn this on to send your customized receipt instead of the default.
Turn it off anytime to switch back to the standard DimePayments receipt.
Adding Your Logo
Upload your organization’s logo to appear at the top of your receipt:
Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, SVG.
Click Select or drag a file to upload.
Use Clear Image to remove or replace it.
Customizing the Email Content
Below the logo section, you can fill out the key parts of your receipt:
Subject: The email subject line customers will see.
Body: The main message of your receipt—use this to thank customers, share details about the payment, or add a personal touch.
Signature: Your organization’s name or representative sign-off.
Footer: Any extra notes, disclaimers, or contact info you want included at the bottom.
These fields are all optional but help create a polished, professional look for your receipts.
Saving Your Changes
After customizing your receipt:
Click Save! at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
Your custom receipt will now be sent for all qualifying transactions whenever the Enabled toggle is on.
Important Notes
Be sure to keep your messaging clear and professional to build trust with your customers.
You can update or disable your custom receipt anytime.
