How to Log in as a Donor or Customer
Logging in to your donor account is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to access your donation history, manage recurring gifts, or download giving statements.
Step 1: Go to the login page
Start by visiting your church, nonprofit’s, or organizations donation page—this is usually the same page where you give or make payments. If you don’t have that link handy, you can go directly to the general login page at https://app.dimepayments.com/customer/login/phone.
Step 2: Sign in using your phone number
On the login screen, enter your phone number. You’ll instantly receive a text message with a one-time code. Just enter that code when prompted, and you’ll be securely logged in—no password needed!
From here, you can use the menu on the left to manage different parts of your account:
My Merchants — View a list of organizations you’ve donated to
Payment Methods — Manage your saved cards or bank accounts
Recurring Payments — View, manage, or cancel ongoing donations
Statement Management — Download your annual giving statements
Transactions — Review your full donation history
Manage Addresses — Update the address associated with your account
And that’s it! Your dashboard gives you quick access to everything you need to manage your giving in one place.
