Giving Statement Management
Here’s how to use the form:
Merchant
Start by selecting the organization you want a statement from. Just click the dropdown menu under “Merchant” and choose the church or nonprofit you’ve given to. If you’ve supported more than one, you’ll need to create a separate statement for each.
Items/Designations
Next, you’ll see a list of giving designations (or campaigns) from that organization. You can select individual ones or just click “Select All” to include everything you’ve donated to. This makes your statement as detailed or as simple as you’d like.
Report Period
Choose the time range you want your statement to cover. You can:
Select Current Year if you’re downloading this year’s giving
Pick Last Year if you’re gathering info for your taxes
Or choose Custom Date Range if you need something specific—just enter the start and end dates
Include Non-Deductible?
If you want your statement to show gifts that aren’t tax-deductible (like event tickets or merchandise), just check this box. If you're only looking for tax-deductible donations, you can leave it unchecked.
When everything is filled out, click Create, and your statement will instantly download as a PDF. Each statement is formatted to be IRS-compliant, so it’s ready to go if you’re using it for taxes or official documentation. You can save it, print it, or send it wherever it needs to go.
