This is your personal info page—where you can make sure everything tied to your account is accurate and up to date. 

Here’s what you’ll see when you click into it, and how each part works: 

  • First Name & Last Name: Update the name associated with your giving account. This is the name that shows up on your receipts and giving statements. 
  • Company Name (Optional): If you're giving on behalf of a business or organization, you can enter that name here. Totally optional—feel free to leave it blank if it doesn’t apply to you. 
  • Email: This is where all donation receipts and important updates will be sent. Make sure it's current so you don’t miss anything! 
  • Phone Number: Your phone number is how you log in, so if it ever changes, be sure to update it here. 
  • Address (Lines 1–3, City, State, Zip): This is your mailing address. Some nonprofits may use this for year-end statements, or thank-you notes, so it’s a good idea to keep it accurate—even if you mostly give online. 
Once you’ve made your updates, just click Save at the bottom and you’re all set! 

Bonus: any changes you make here will automatically update across every organization you’ve made a payment or donated to—so you only have to do it once.
